Ceremonies & Celebrations
The Fox is steeped in history and maintains many of its original features, built in the late 18th century the main building is situated amidst unspoilt countryside on the edge of Kinver Village. Externally, the undulating gardens, and the recent addition of a large sun terrace, with stunning panoramic views, provide the perfect backdrop for your wedding and photographs.
A private entrance into the conservatory enables you greet your guests with drinks and canapés. This leads straight into the function room with a comfortable capacity of 150 people. Here you will have exclusive use of a spacious bar area, dance floor and large sun terrace, perfect for those summer evening receptions. For parties of more than 150 people, we can position a marquee in the grounds.
The function room and grounds, can also provide a wonderful setting for Civil Ceremonies, a popular alternative to a church wedding.
Our experienced Chefs will cater for all of your wedding breakfast requirements, from formal fine dining to a casual hog roast or BBQ. We are happy to provide alternative options for special dietary requirements, and children.
We have a resident DJ who has a comprehensive selection of traditional and modern music. He would welcome the opportunity to compile a playlist to create the ultimate ambience for your day and/or evening. If you require additional entertainment for your evening reception we also welcome live bands/musicians.
We have recently unveiled 4 luxury, en-suite bedrooms, upstairs at The Fox. The rooms are spacious, with large mirrors, providing the perfect space to dress for your wedding, or just providing accommodation for friends and family to stay over after a thoroughly enjoyable day.

Functions
This 18th Century Country Pub with Dining is nestled within the beautiful South Staffordshire countryside, near to the picturesque village of Kinver. We pride ourselves on our excellent food backed up with attentive service. This makes it the ideal venue for any celebration or special occasion.
The charming building, with many original features, comprises a spacious function suite that leads onto an extensive new sun terrace, overlooking stunning scenery. The suite can accommodate 150-200 people and we can also cater for large marquees within the grounds for greater capacity.
Our oak beamed bar area, restaurant and conservatory, all with open fires, provide an intimate backdrop for smaller wedding parties.
We can provide decoration for all areas, including chair covers and bows, a twinkle package for the bridal and cake tables, Large MR & MRS letters, ambient lighting etc. all providing a magical atmosphere for each stage of your special event.
With various menu options from Hog Roasts to banquet buffets, 5 course dining or anything in- between, the chefs at The Fox will happily tailor catering to meet your every daytime/evening requirement.

From Summer 2017 we are excited to unveil our 4 new bedroom suites, within the original building, including the perfect bridal suite with a balcony and views over the stunning countryside.
